Fear and anxiety have become the common state of our lives in today’s world and even adaptive in many situations. We have experienced anxieties at many occasions in our life such as: during the time of our school or college examinations, walking alone down the dark street or road in the high crime district and so on. However, the normal anxiety may keep us alert and make self queries for resolving as to whether we should attempt or not.
Mental health professionals are truly least bothered with such normal anxiety, rather they attend to fear and anxiety that has anyway gone crooked, that mysteriously reaches irresistible levels, that dramatically decreases or eradicates efficiency and drastically interferes on the person’s quality of life for which friends, family and even the patient could find no apparent reason.
As per the medical terminology, there are twelve comparatively different subtypes of Anxity Depression Disorders: Panic disorder with or without Agoraphobia, Agoraphobia without the history of panic disorder, Specific Phobia, Social Phobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxity Disorder, Anxiety Disorder Due to the general medical condition, Substance-induced anxiety disorder and Anxiety disorder not otherwise specified.
Often, such disorders are made more complicated and really difficult to treat because they are accompanied by depressions, matter exploitation as well as with nothing to live for feelings. So far depression is concerned it could hit us through financial, emotional, social or work related problems and on the longer run if these problems are not resolved, the depression reduces our immune system leading us to the serious mental or physical health hazards.
